Langage Power Station

Situated in Plymouth/Devon, the project: a combined cycle power plant consisting of two GT26 gas turbines and one STF30C steam turbine, two once through Heat Recovery Steam Generators and an Air Cooled Condensers Optimised into 878 M / Watts.

Logistically installing large pieces of equipment such as Modules up to 26 tons, Transformers up to 300 tons, Circuit Breakers and 20 KV Bus Ducting.

The project initially started on the 25th of Feb 2008 building up to a workforce to around 130 employees. Integrating into a workforce of approx 1200.

We are pushing to achieve first fire of GT11 Generator on the 20th December in a very congested work area.

350000 Mts of cable has to be installed utilizing 100000 man hours and up to date with no lost time accidents.
