M6 Variable Messaging - Carlisle Extension & Junction 15
SPIE WHS have recently completed two signage projects on the M6, installing new Variable Messaging Signs at the Carlisle to Guards Mill Extension, and M6 Junction 15 (A500) improvement works.
SPIE WHS worked with Serco and WS Atkins to manufacture, test, install, and commission Variable Messaging Signs and the corresponding NMCS2 sign controllers and electrical & communications cabling for VOSA and Optima.
These projects were co-ordinated from the specialist Tunnel & Transportation team in the SPIE WHS Manchester office, and were completed within budget, with minimum disruption to traffic flow, and to the satisfaction of both clients.
